How do I gain access to my customers’ accounts?
Your clients can simply add you as an additional user on the Swiss21 portal. Depending on the subscription model and the number of users already registered, this may incur additional costs. If you are a Swiss21 Digital Coach, your clients can invite you to join the account via ‘Add Digital Coach’. As a Digital Coach, access to client accounts is always free of charge, regardless of your client’s subscription.
